The perambulator warehouse is a deserted building in Point Lookout's Pilgrim's Landing.
The door to the warehouse is hidden in a small lot, to the east of the boardwalk. A semi-truck outside has five live frag mines protecting it. The perambulator warehouse is comprised of one small interior section which is full of baby carriages, four of which are rigged. This poses a frightening danger in the difficult-to-navigate interior section. There are several shelves with random loot lining the walls.
